Plax not practicing -- what else is new?
The New York Giants concluded Day 1 of training camp Friday, and the biggest news of all was that Plaxico Burress did not practice.
Burress' agent, Drew Rosenhaus, tried to say that it was Burress' ankle and not his contract that kept him off the practice field.
I'm not buying what Rosenhaus is selling.
- Antonio Pierce says he can provide leadership with Michael Strahan retired.
- Ian O'Connor says success has not changed Eli Manning.
- Here's a recap of the first day of practice.
- Ralph Vacchiano wonders how Brett Favre's return affects the Giants.
I might get over to the Giants afternoon practice session today. I live only 20 minutes from the UAlbany campus, so we will see what happens. It depends what the day brings. So maybe, just maybe, you'll have real first-hand practice reports Sunday morning.

No-practice -O
is at it again . If he has the same game day success as last year who can argue. Maybe we can get him Lorenzens old clip board.
We're only gonna score 17 points?

Just pay Plax
and lets get back to the business of defending the title. By the way, I am already getting pissed listening to all the “experts” tell us that the Cowboys are a lock to win the division.
