New York Giants- Is or Aint 2008?

The 2008 New York Giants make that the defending champion New York Giants come into this season looking to in my opinion step up their swag of their young core players and enter the new regime with Strahan now retiring. Manning, E-Money as i call him has to deal with not working with his main core on offense. Plax Burress is complaining for a new contract which i can't blame him let me catch the game winning touchdown in the Super Bowl and be the target everyone knows E-Money is going to throw to when he needs a play damn right I want to get paid. That 6 year, 25 million dollar contract is crap he is in the caliber with Ocho Cinco, Owens, and Reggie Wayne as the elite in the NFL. Toomer is old, now as Steve Smith or in my opinion in about 2years take the number 2spot and run opposite of Burress is Mario Manningham their recent draft pick. His excellent size and though critics complain about his speed he seems to me I dont know about yall, but he runs away from whoever is covering him give him space. Shawn O'Hara needs to shut his mouth about my  boy Plax cause if it was him that thought Reese should show him the cash he would be wining too, whatever it takes to get paid if I am out there validating and doing my job getting you revenue out this world and incentives that you would be a fool if you dont want to be paid. The defense looks ok now with Michael Strahan retiring who will the reigns of leader of the defense go to, umm...... you know its Antonio Pierce. Underrated in my opinion, he must step up as teams now will scheme around Umeniyora even more. Strahan saved him from double teams but now its time to see how certified he is. Aaron Ross is the key to the secondary this year stepping up even more than he did in the playoffs last year though he was nicked up. Corey Webster against Green Bay played he best game ever in my opinion, but he gets burned too much and Ross is a much better tackler start him opposite Madison for now then, but either Ross or Webster will start in place of Madison alot cause we know he is going to miss about 5-7 games this year as always. My prediction for my beloved Giants and yes I from the south and I love the Giants no Super Bowl repeat too much talent in the NFC East they are going to knock each other off with every team being very competitive, finish  10-6, or 9-7

Webster looks like he may have turned the corner

Madison is a nice fall back plan, but C-Webb deserves a starting spot after his postseason performance.

and Toomer is like fine wine, he gets better with age.
