Undrafted free agents linked to Giants
Some of you wanted updated on undrafted free agents the Giants had signed.
Courtesy of the New York Post, here is the best list I can find .
Nate Robinson, DT, Akron; S Nehemiah Warrick (Michigan State); DE Wallace Gillberry (Alabama); DE Antonio Reynolds (Tennessee); OL Glenn Bujnoch (Cincinnati); G-C Andrew Bain (Miami); OT Dylan Thiry (Northwestern); WR D.J. Hill (Alabama); OT Carnell Stewart (LSU).
I know absolutely nothing about any of these guys, but there is your list.

DJ Hall
was a really productive receiver at ‘Bama, coming into this year he was looked at as one of the better receiving prospects, but apparently he didn’t get along with Saban too well and regressed a little bit. Who knows, maybe he can make the team too. Although, if he does, that would leave the Giants really overcrowded at WR, and you’d have to imagine one of them would get cut. I wonder who they would cut if Hall plays great at camp and clearly deserves a spot on the roster (there’s no way they’d cut Tyree after the SB, right?)

DJ Hall
has an excellent shot to make the team. he was projected as a 5th round pick and has decent size (6’2) and was a productive four-year starter at Alabama. the say that like manningham, he has a lot of natural ability but doesn’t always play with a lot of effort. his 40-time wasn’t great (4.58) and that’s maybe why he fell.
obviously plax, amani, and smith have guaranteed spots. i doubt they’ll cut tyree because of his SB performance and his great play on special teams. as long as manningham stops popping pills, he should win a job as well. domenik hixon showed some flash as a return man so he has value. i honestly believe that it may come down to a battle between hall and sinorice moss. moss is out of 2nd chances and he’ll have to win his job.
p.s. here’s a Hall YouTube highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pH_idY3JhM0

If Hall turns out better than Moss,
I hope they can showcase Moss (if that’s possible) and trade him for a draft pick. Same thing with Lorenzon, and the surplus of DBs and LBs.

A review of DJ Hall's Alabama Career
DJ Hall WR 6’2 193 4.53
By: Robert Davis
Hall caught 17 passes for 186 yards and a touchdown as a freshman in 2004. Hall became a playmaker as a sophomore, upping his numbers to 48 catches for 676 yards and five touchdowns. Last year as a junior, Hall hauled in 57 passes for 1,014 yards and five touchdowns on his way to All SEC 2nd team honors. He caught a career high 63 passes as a senior for 947 yards and six touchdowns.
Hall has a nice blend of size, speed, and athleticism. He has shown to be a go to receiver, making big plays when called upon and making them all over the field. His height gives him an advantage over most corners, but he still has the speed to get open and to outrun defenders to get down the field. Hall has very good hands, showing the ability to hold on to the ball in tight coverage and making the difficult grab.
Hall is still a bit lanky and will need to bulk up to go over the middle on a consistent basis in the NFL. He may not be able to take the beating from NFL safeties or linebackers if he doesn’t get stronger.
Hall is a player that has gotten better every year, and still has room left to improve. If he can add a little more weight, he could be an all around playmaker in the NFL. He had a solid showing at the combine keeping himself in the fourth round area.
