Phillips' time has arrived
New York Giants fans have been waiting for this day, and thanks to James Butler's knee injury, it is finally here.
Rookie Kenny Phillips, the Giants' No. 1 pick, will start Sunday. Butler, the most-maligned defender on the Giants unit, will apparently not play.

phillips is good
phillips is a great choice and pick up for the gmen. He will do just fine as a safety in place for butler.

Prediction:
Johnson will do better at strong safety than at free and Kenny will be better at free than Kevin.

I wouldn't bet against that prediction.
Still with his incredible speed they’ll try him at free for sure.
