In the NFL
you always need your ‘A’ game.

not when they're facing Brad "no arm" Johnson

Chin up
It’s more fun when you’re the cocky Terry(mostly). Hopefully you wont be at 7:30 or so. You’ll be back to your old self in no time……………and I should be careful what I wish for.
Jim, got you’re wings going? We’re doing a ex -mex smorgasbord complete with a very expesive tequila and coronas of course.
We're only gonna score 17 points?

no its against the cowboys even if they are wipping them they should still play their A+ game to mock them and embarras them to boost stats and to show the cowboys who they are messing with

OK, I'm ready to go
First time in weeks I will be able to watch uninterrupted from the opening kickoff. No more soccer games. Yippee!!

Argh!!
Effing Packers & Titans are going OT. Damn you, Rob Bironas. Get this over with quick so I don’t miss the freakin’ kickoff.

not for me
I’m out of market, so I’ll be stuck watching this to the end. C’mon somebody, score!

What you don’t want to watch Kerry Collins?!? For old times sake!

Off topic
But did anyone see that Texas-Texas Tech game last night? What a finish. And if Texas Tech loses a game over the next 3 weeks (they still have a tough schedule ahead), we’d be set up for a classic title game showdown: Alabama and Penn St.
by cjmulrain on Nov 2, 2008 4:10 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
that was pretty crazy, I was expecting crabtree to just step out of bounds for the easy field goal. I have no idea how he caught the ball, or got into the end zone, forget doing both.
by Phildo on Nov 2, 2008 4:13 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
stop running the ball titans
get the ball down field
by shenkthetank92 on Nov 2, 2008 4:11 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
I love
That it cut out for a commercial while the Titans were lining up for a FG. Good job fox.
by Woogie526 on Nov 2, 2008 4:13 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Didn’t cut away here, it was good. But that’s funny.

Glad this game is over
but I still hate the NFL OT. It’s so asinine that they play sudden death. I’m not saying they should go to the college system, but both teams should be guaranteed 1 possession in OT.
by cjmulrain on Nov 2, 2008 4:15 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
I’d like the college system if they started at the 40 or the 50, the 25 is just too close.
I’d like a way to get punts or kickoffs involved, but I really can’t think of anything short of playing a whole extra quarter, but even then, nothing is guaranteed.
But you’re right, sudden death is lame.

by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 4:23 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Damn
I just checked my fantasy score, I’m winning, but not by that much, and my opponent has both Eli and Jacobs. So pretty much, however the Giants score, I’m screwed. Let’s win 7-0 guys!
Nah, screw that, I don’t care that much about fantasy. Let’s win 49-0 (with Ward scoring 4 TDs, Bradshaw scoring 2, and the defense scoring the last one. I can dream, right?)

by shenkthetank92 on Nov 2, 2008 4:51 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Carney's been great
w/field goals. but his kickoffs have to be better than that.

and we will enjoy the hell out of it, when it happens.

by shenkthetank92 on Nov 2, 2008 5:07 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
is there a reason why
they have to hike the ball with 0.0001 seconds left every time?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:07 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
this has been something
we’ve always seen with the Giants offense with Eli. No matter who has been calling the plays. It’s very strange.

it's your blog Ed
you can use worse words than “damn.”
just say “earmuffs.”

can't throw on every down
even with Dallas stacking the box, they have to get the run going.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:28 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Worst part of the Dallas TD
Aikman and Buck started yapping again.
by Woogie526 on Nov 2, 2008 5:31 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
they have to go to Bollinger now
i mean it can’t get any worse, right?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:32 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
We are so lucky
Were so lucky they have brad johnson instead of tony romo
by Giantsfan77 on Nov 2, 2008 5:33 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
that's a huge score
and what the heck was that formation? looked like three WR, two TE…three split to the left and two up top? i was trying to count and i don’t have a TiVo.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:40 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
is this the worst first half by a quarterback ever?
i think it’s a question worth asking.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:45 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
i don't know
how they don’t bring bollinger in for the 2nd half.
by potroast on Nov 2, 2008 5:48 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Why were the Giants throwing at the end of the half?
Dumb. Luckily, they got by with it.
by Ed Valentine on Nov 2, 2008 5:53 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
ok guys gota go play hockey unfortunatly see ya and good luck to our gmen
by shenkthetank92 on Nov 2, 2008 6:00 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
yay
i heart the Cowboys backup quarterback situation.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:04 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
um, i would totally go for this
Dallas offense is comically inept right now, why not go fo the jugular?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:17 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
because they truly wanna deflate their offense
by getting a safety
by Hoyadestroya85 on Nov 2, 2008 6:20 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
throwing on first down again
that makes sense, up three touchdowns and 30 yards away from the goalline.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:25 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Right
Geez, play to the scoreboard.
by Ed Valentine on Nov 2, 2008 6:35 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
wow
complete and utter garbage on that call on Tuck.
every week this shit happens. what a joke.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:28 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
BS
Penalty. Another clean hit that draws a flag. Moron refs.
by Woogie526 on Nov 2, 2008 6:29 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Now that penalty
is helping the Boys put together a drive. Damn!
by Ed Valentine on Nov 2, 2008 6:35 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
classic Giants
1,064 opportunities to put a team away, and they go 0-fer.
they just can’t win in blowout fashion, it is impossible.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:35 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Problem is
the way they have gone about this. A little too loose and risky on offense.
by Ed Valentine on Nov 2, 2008 6:42 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Geez
Whatever the reason, the Giants have let the Cowboys stay in this game. It should be a four-TD blowout right now.
by Ed Valentine on Nov 2, 2008 6:47 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
and it might get tighter
because they’re going to play it safe now.

Go Colts!

i've lived on the southside for four years
it’s really weird to see them struggle considering how dominant they’ve been in the regular season these past few years.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 7:09 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Let’s see a bradshaw scrub breakout TD.
by Woogie526 on Nov 2, 2008 7:08 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
