OK, it's Cowboys vs. Giants today. So, let's hope the Giants bring their 'A' game and kick some Cowboy butt. Bring your 'A' game to the Open Thread, too.
Oh, and sorry about using the blasted star, but the team logo is the logo. That's what I'm stuck with.
Enjoy the game. Go Giants!

In the NFL
you always need your ‘A’ game.

Chin up
It’s more fun when you’re the cocky Terry(mostly). Hopefully you wont be at 7:30 or so. You’ll be back to your old self in no time……………and I should be careful what I wish for.
Jim, got you’re wings going? We’re doing a ex -mex smorgasbord complete with a very expesive tequila and coronas of course.
We're only gonna score 17 points?

I meant Tex- mex

no its against the cowboys even if they are wipping them they should still play their A+ game to mock them and embarras them to boost stats and to show the cowboys who they are messing with

it sucks im the captain of my hockey team and the game starts at 630 our first game of the season so im missing the 2nd half
OK, I'm ready to go
First time in weeks I will be able to watch uninterrupted from the opening kickoff. No more soccer games. Yippee!!
Argh!!
Effing Packers & Titans are going OT. Damn you, Rob Bironas. Get this over with quick so I don’t miss the freakin’ kickoff.
u wont
once the gmen start it will switch to it

Off topic
But did anyone see that Texas-Texas Tech game last night? What a finish. And if Texas Tech loses a game over the next 3 weeks (they still have a tough schedule ahead), we’d be set up for a classic title game showdown: Alabama and Penn St.
stop running the ball titans
get the ball down field
I love
That it cut out for a commercial while the Titans were lining up for a FG. Good job fox.
Glad this game is over
but I still hate the NFL OT. It’s so asinine that they play sudden death. I’m not saying they should go to the college system, but both teams should be guaranteed 1 possession in OT.
i'd really love to be watching the Giants right now
but instead i’m being treated to the Chiefs/Bucs overtime. my god…

uh oh
Giants in the Red Zone, grab the rolaids.

Damn
I just checked my fantasy score, I’m winning, but not by that much, and my opponent has both Eli and Jacobs. So pretty much, however the Giants score, I’m screwed. Let’s win 7-0 guys!
Nah, screw that, I don’t care that much about fantasy. Let’s win 49-0 (with Ward scoring 4 TDs, Bradshaw scoring 2, and the defense scoring the last one. I can dream, right?)
official review in the KC/TB game

hey!
C-Web actually catches it this time, unlike last year’s playoff game in big D.

wow
how hard is this for Aikman right now?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 4:48 PM EST reply actions
hopefully he will quit before the game is over
that will mean bigblue will be up like 42-0
by shenkthetank92 on Nov 2, 2008 4:49 PM EST up reply actions
thank god he's wearing a jacket for once
every week that i don’t have to see his nipples is a good week.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 4:49 PM EST up reply actions
is there a reason why
they have to hike the ball with 0.0001 seconds left every time?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:07 PM EST reply actions
this has been something
we’ve always seen with the Giants offense with Eli. No matter who has been calling the plays. It’s very strange.
DE-FENSE chants
sounds like a mid-90s Knicks game at the Garden in there.

it's your blog Ed
you can use worse words than “damn.”
just say “earmuffs.”
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:22 PM EST up reply actions
can't throw on every down
even with Dallas stacking the box, they have to get the run going.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:28 PM EST reply actions
Worst part of the Dallas TD
Aikman and Buck started yapping again.
they have to go to Bollinger now
i mean it can’t get any worse, right?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:32 PM EST reply actions
We are so lucky
Were so lucky they have brad johnson instead of tony romo
that's a huge score
and what the heck was that formation? looked like three WR, two TE…three split to the left and two up top? i was trying to count and i don’t have a TiVo.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:40 PM EST reply actions
is this the worst first half by a quarterback ever?
i think it’s a question worth asking.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 5:45 PM EST reply actions
yay
i heart the Cowboys backup quarterback situation.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:04 PM EST reply actions
um, i would totally go for this
Dallas offense is comically inept right now, why not go fo the jugular?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:17 PM EST reply actions
because they truly wanna deflate their offense
by getting a safety
by Hoyadestroya85 on Nov 2, 2008 6:20 PM EST up reply actions
throwing on first down again
that makes sense, up three touchdowns and 30 yards away from the goalline.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:25 PM EST reply actions
wow
complete and utter garbage on that call on Tuck.
every week this shit happens. what a joke.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:28 PM EST reply actions
BS
Penalty. Another clean hit that draws a flag. Moron refs.
classic Giants
1,064 opportunities to put a team away, and they go 0-fer.
they just can’t win in blowout fashion, it is impossible.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 6:35 PM EST reply actions
Geez
Whatever the reason, the Giants have let the Cowboys stay in this game. It should be a four-TD blowout right now.
you going to the Luke tonight?
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 7:04 PM EST up reply actions
No...
I am going to watch from home. And hope they start to turn on some of that magic they had in the past. It was nice to get used to them Colts winning… :)
Go Colts!

i've lived on the southside for four years
it’s really weird to see them struggle considering how dominant they’ve been in the regular season these past few years.
by SBakerTheTouchdownMaker on Nov 2, 2008 7:09 PM EST up reply actions
ok, i'm out of here
good win. they needed to dominate this game & they did. let’s hope for more of the same next week in philly!
