Carrie Underwood loves Tony Romo, but apparently not everybody does
Our fine Cowboys blogger 'Grizz' over at Blogging the Boys is reeling a little bit today from a shot taken by a scout at QB Tony Romo.
Interestingly, it's the second put-down of Romo I've seen in the past few days. SI's Peter King, who apparently has too much time on his hands, ranked the top 500 NFL players the other day. He ranked Romo behind the Giants Eli Manning, which might surprise some people.
Now, I know I am biased, but I agree. I am not sold on Romo at all after a half-season of good play, followed by a mediocre to poor end of the year.
When it's all said and done, I think Eli will have a better season than Romo. I'll even go out on a limb right now and say that if Eli plays throughout the season like he did in the exhibition season he will go to the Pro Bowl.
Your thoughts?

That's not a limb
Yes, he had a great preseason. The question is can he play at that level when the games count?
So go out on a limb. will he have a great season?
Romo
I know I'm getting ahead of things here, but I just heard on ESPN that Strahan is on his way back to the team! I'm glad, but I hope he puts retirement the talk to bed right away and say that he's going to play a few more years even if he isn't so that it won't be a distraction.
Agreed
